Welcome to Top Dog ("the Game"), available at topdoginmyhood.com (the "Service"). By accessing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Top Dog is a free, browser-based real-time multiplayer arena game. You may play as a guest or with an optional account. We may add, change or remove features, maps and game balance at any time.
2. Accounts
Accounts are optional and may be created using a supported sign-in provider. You are responsible for any activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or modify the client to gain an unfair advantage.
- Disrupt the Service, its servers, or other players' experience.
- Use offensive, abusive or illegal display names or chat content.
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
4. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, art, maps, names and branding, is owned by Top Dog and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without permission.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
